Credit Application Authorization

This Credit Application Authorization and Consumer Disclosure governs your submission of personal, financial, and identifying information through the Drive Oz Motors, Inc. platform for the purpose of evaluating potential vehicle financing and/or leasing options.

This Authorization applies solely to the credit application process and is separate from, and in addition to, the Drive Oz Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

By submitting a credit application, you certify that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge and is submitted for the purpose of obtaining credit, financing, or leasing.

You authorize Drive Oz, its partners, and third-party service providers to obtain consumer credit reports and related consumer information, and to share your application with lenders, lessors, dealers, credit partners, and service providers as reasonably necessary to process your request.

Drive Oz is not a lender, creditor, lessor, or financial institution and does not make credit decisions. Financing or leasing approvals, denials, terms, rates, and conditions are determined solely by third-party lenders or lessors.

Submitting a credit application may result in one or more consumer credit inquiries, including hard inquiries that may impact your credit score.

Information collected in connection with your application is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Drive Oz Privacy Policy. Third-party lenders, dealers, and service providers maintain their own privacy practices and legal obligations.

Your act of checking the acceptance box, clicking Submit, or otherwise electronically indicating agreement constitutes your electronic signature and manifests your intent to be legally bound by this Authorization.
